Return of Application Forms Admission
1. 請填妥入學申請表及連同以下文件，親臨或寄回本園。
Submit the application form in person or by post（including the following documents）.
i) 四個附有$2郵票之23cm 回郵信封。
Four self-addressed stamped 23cm envelopes ($2 stamps each)
ii) 報名費港幣$40(劃線支票抬頭『聖雅各福群會銅鑼灣幼稚園』) 一經邀交恕不退回。請在支票背面
寫上幼兒姓名。
Application fee of HK$40. Cheque should be crossed and made payable to
“ST. JAMES’SETTLEMENT CAUSEWAY BAY KINDERGARTEN”. Please write the child’s name on the back of the cheque. The application fee is non-refunable.
2. 收報名表日期：1/11/2017至31/10/2018
時間：上午9時至下午6時（星期一至五）/ 上午9時至下午1時（星期六）
Distribution Period:
Date: 1/11/2017 to 31/10/2018 (day of the week)
Time: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Mondays to Fridays) / 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Saturdays)
面試安排
Interview Arrangements
1. 家長遞交申請表後，本園將於兩星期內以郵寄通知家長確認收到申請及有關面試安排。
After we have received the application form, we will confirm and the interview arrangements within two weeks by post.
2. 本園將安排所有申請者進行面試。
We will arrange interview for all applicants .
3. 面試將安排在11/2018 及 12/2018 進行。
Interviews will be conducted on Nov 2018 and Dec 2018
Group or individual interview will be arranged.
5. 父或母必須陪同子女出席面試。
Parents should accompany their child for the interview.

Children are required of the right age to enroll 2019 N1-K3 class.
3. 認同本園辦學宗旨
Identify and agree with our school mission.
4. 本園乃屬長全日制幼稚園，也會考慮申請人之家庭需要。（由於學位有限，故未能保證每個有需要之家庭提供學位。）
The applicant from families in need will be given due priority consideration when applying for whole day / long whole day classes.
(As the number of school places is limited, please understand that not all applicants fulfilling the priority consideration will be guaranteed a school place.)
公佈收生結果
Announcement of Admission Results
本園將於22/12/2018前以郵遞方式通知家長。
We will inform parents of the admission results before 22 December 2018 by post.
註冊安排
Registration Arrangements
1. 凡成功取錄之新生，家長必須於統一註冊日期12/1/2019至13/1/2019完成註冊手續，包括呈交入學註冊證及註冊費用。
Successful applicants: Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child from 11 to 13 January 2018 (“Centralised Registration Dates”) by submitting the original of the “2018/19 RC” to the kindergarten and paying the registration fee.
2. 在「統一註冊日期」後，本園若騰出空缺給備取生，家長需按本園訂定的日期到園辦理註冊手續， 但仍須以「2 0 1 9 / 20註冊證」作註冊留位之用。
Applicants on the waiting list: Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child according to the specified date set by the school. Parents are required to submit the original of the “2018/19 RC” to the kindergarten and pay the registration fee.
3. 如註冊當日未能呈交入學註冊證，即表示註冊手續未能完成，家長可向教育局了解有關申請入學註冊證事宜。
Please be reminded that if parents cannot submit the “2018/19 RC” during registration, the kindergarten may not be able to complete registration for their child. Hence, parents are required to submit application for the Registration Certificate to EDB within the specified period.
4. 本園N1-K3註冊費為$1,000，若家長於完成註冊手續後欲轉往其他學校就讀，請以書面通知本園，本園將安排退還入學註冊證（K1-K3適用）及不會為該學童保留學位，但所邀交之註冊費恕不安排退還。
The registration fee for 2018/19 K1 place is HK$1,000. Should parents decide to change school after registration, please notify the kindergarten in writing. The kindergarten will return the “2019/20 RC” but the registration fee will not be refunded. Upon obtaining the “2019/20 RC”, the kindergarten will no longer keep the school place for the child.
